They all have internal elastic in the back of the pants that give a good fit around the waist which adjusts to you as you change in size. You do not have to wear a belt if you do not want to but definitely can as they come with belt loops. They are meant to be dressed up or down depending on the vibe. The elastic is no show once you are wearing them so you will always look fly.  All the buttons are tonal so they match the pants. There are two pockets in the front and two chino pockets in the back with button closure. The fit of these pants is not too baggy but not too slim - a modern clean fit.
